A Rough Ridge Overlook engagement session was the perfect choice for Tracy and Nate, two adventure seeking souls. They met at a music festival a few years ago—and she was dating his friend at the time. However, it was meant to be because they bumped into each other again at a triathlon race. This time, she was single. They’re both avid runners and triathletes with fun-loving personalities, so it just made sense.
Running the Race Together
She has the goal of running a marathon in every state, so to help her reach her goal, they signed up for the awe-inspiring Extraterrestrial Full Moon Midnight Marathon in Nevada. I’m not a marathon runner, but running along Area 51 and the Extraterrestrial Highway does sound pretty intriguing! They ran the romantic race together beneath the stars and a full moon. Once they crossed the finish line, he got down on one knee and proposed to his forever running partner. This is one of the sweetest stories I’ve heard in a while! They’re absolutely perfect together.

You Can’t Hold Back Love
Tracy and Nate have had lots of excitement despite COVID. They had to push wedding back a year, but they finally tied the knot a few weeks ago at Chetola Resort with the added blessing of their first baby—a beautiful little girl! I am just ecstatic for these two, and I’m so glad everything came together beautifully for their family!
