Congratulations Doctors Johnson! These two smiling dentists just tied the knot and stepped out into their next grand adventure together as husband and wife! It probably doesn’t come as a surprise that Haley and Brad met in dental school in 2013. Since they are both from the same area, they started carpooling to and from home together. They hit it off on their rides together and started dating after their first summer. You know the rest!
These two are a loveable dynamic duo. They have the sweetest golden retriever named Cooper, who you’ll see in their wedding, and together they love anything outdoors, especially trips to the beach. After having the pleasure of photographing their engagement session and Haley’s bridals, I couldn’t wait for their wedding at Ritchie Hill in Concord, NC.
The Proposal
But first things first: the proposal. As if these two couldn’t be more perfect, Brad of course planning the most gorgeous and romantic proposal. Once she saw the candlelight dinner and wine he had prepared for her, I’m sure she knew something was up. As soon as he asked her to join him on the patio to watch the sunset, she had a hunch about what was going on. At just the right moment with just the right glow, he got down on one knee and proposed to his best friend and forever partner. Of course, she said, “Yes!” then, just as she said, “Yes!” on their beautiful wedding day.

Given the private ambiance with the trees, blooming garden, and wraparound porch, you’d never know you were in the city. It was an excellent choice for this classy couple who love the outdoors.
